Yes, each venue and operator is supplied with a master key that is specific to their station, and gives them access to all the charging lockers.  SafeCharge customer service can also open individually lockers remotely.

Yes, SafeCharge instantly encrypts your credit card information, when sending to our processor.  We also do not store credit card information on our stations for security purposes.

You can use any type of credit card, debit card, or gift card, as long as you use the same one to retrieve your phone.

Charging time varies based on your current battery life, how many apps you have open, and what type of phone you have.  The best estimate is for every 1 minutes of charge time, you get 1% more of battery life.

Yes, SafeCharge and its partners cover all maintenance with new cables and related charger blocks.

Yes, you can change the fee at any given time.  We currently offer both a flat fee model and a variable fee model, depending on what you prefer.

For power, all that is needed is a 120v outlet.  For internet connectivity, SafeCharge can run on Wifi, Ethernet, or 4G connection, depending on the venue’s internet situation.
